Google further develop their PowerMeter functionality

The PowerMeter now offers personalised energy saving recommendations, based on previous consumption history. The functionality will continue to evolve as you make tweaks and savings to offer you new recommendations.

They have also developed further the display feature so that when you hover over the display it will show you how much energy has been used at that time.  

The Google PowerMeter is a free energy monitoring tool, currently only available for the domestic market, that helps you save energy and money. Using energy information provided by smart meters and energy monitoring devices, Google PowerMeter enables you to view your home's energy consumption from anywhere online and take energy efficiency steps to save money.
