Ofgem release latest feed-in tariffs update

Ofgem have released their fourth feed in tariff (FIT) update, monitoring the success of FITs over the year since the scheme launched in April 2010.

The Ofgem report shows that FIT installations rose by 66% in the fourth quarter, compared to the third, and that over 30,000 new FIT installations went live over the entire year.

Over £4.7m of revenue was paid out to FIT generators in the final quarter of the first year.
