Gone are the days that you have left the house forgotten to push that all important button before going on holiday, leaving your house toasty warm whilst you aren’t there.

A British company has invented the new device “PassivEnergy”. The inventors claim it will automatically sense when you need hot water or heating and can shut down electrical devices in your house by sending a text message from your mobile phone.
