Through low-cost electricity pricing and our commitment to delivering excellent customer care Opus Energy has seen rapid growth since it was established in 2002. To support the increasing customer base we are recruiting for more customer-focused people to expand and further strengthen our team.
We are holding an open day on Saturday 19th January, 10.00am – 3.00pm for Customer Care Specialists at our office:
Opus Energy Royal Pavilion 2 Summerhouse Road Northampton NN3 6BJYou will have the opportunity to speak to members of our Customer Service Team and find out more about the job, the department and what it’s like working at Opus Energy.
We are looking for people with a customer care background who have strong negotiation and problem solving skills, experience in complaint resolution and an excellent level of verbal and written communication.
It isn’t vital that you have experience within the electricity industry but you do need to be an enthusiastic, flexible and a results driven individual who is eager to contribute to this fast moving organisation.
